The Jackets are getting their season back on track after two victories in a row in homestands ahead of the weekend.

Rockmart topped Sonoraville on Thursday in a 12-2 win on Thursday, and then turned around this afternoon and took a 7-3 win over Lamar County in their latest victory to put the Jackets at 2-3 overall.

Rockmart has a date with the Cedartown Bulldogs in the third homestand in a row at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27. They’ll face the crosstown rival coming to the western side of the county at 5:30 p.m.

Following that, Rockmart heads up to AT&T Field in Chattanooga for a big matchup with Ringgold where the Chattanooga Lookouts play along the Tennessee River.

Region opens on March 5 against Gordon Central.
