The Polk School District announced a new partnership to bring evening post-secondary welding classes via Georgia Northwest Technical College to the College and Career Academy.
Per the posting, the program will be open to dual enrollment students, but will also allow for graduates and adults during the evening as well.
Courses will be held at CHS’ College and Career Academy campus on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Those wanting to apply have to go through GNTC to take part, and the deadline to apply is July 26.
