DALLAS, Ga. – Jason Anavitarte has partnered with White House Policy Advisor and Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, Mr. Ashley Bell.  The National Federation of Independent Business and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to offer west Georgia non-profits, churches, and small businesses the opportunity to speak directly with Mr. Bell.

“Churches, small businesses, and non-profits have been devastated by COVID-19 shutdowns and the Small Business Administration is their lifeline in this storm.  I believe it is critically important for families to know the Trump White House is looking out for them, which is why I asked Ashley to conduct this tele-townhall,” said Jason Anavitarte.

Ashley Bell was appointed on February 21, 2018 by the White House to serve as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration for Region IV; serving nine districts located in the 8 Southeastern States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.  Regional Administrator Bell has oversight of over $5 billion in SBA-backed lending, the Counseling arm of the SBA, which counseled over 225,000 entrepreneurs last year in Region IV, and the contracting programs for small business, which account for over 23% of all federal contracts awarded.

“The Small Business Administration has the heroic task of distributing billions of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) funds.  I asked Ashely to do this tele-Townhall so that the businesses in our area can have the best information available on the steps towards reopening, rebuilding and reemploying Georgians,” added Anavitarte.
