This video was recorded during the Polk County Board of Commissioner’s October 3, 2022 work session, where County Attorney Brad McFall presented on behalf of the county in favor of a proposal to rezone property adjacent to the Grady Road Landfill to spread out the remaining cubic footage from vertical growth to a horizontal footprint.

The proposal before the board comes in several motions that were being voted upon on Tuesday evening, October 4, 2022 at the Board of Commission meeting room at the Polk County Police Department headquarters.
