A change in plans was required for the upcoming Youth Working Toward a “Speedy” Awareness’ MLK Youth Infusion thanks to a weather forecast that calls for the potential for snow to return to Polk County on Sunday.

The 2022 YWTSA Youth Infusion is being moved to Saturday afternoon, January 15, 2022 at 1 p.m., to be held on the steps of Friendship Baptist Church at 321 MLK Jr. Boulevard, Cedartown.

Organizer Pamela Baker-King reported that the forecast was the main cause of the change. They’ll still be taking part in honors, giveaways and more.
