Emergency Management is an often overlooked part of Public Safety that is critical in times of disaster. Polk County’s EMA Director Bobby Dockery and Coordinator Landon Hendrix stopped by to visit with Rotarians to talk about their role in the Public Safety community, and plans to start up a new Community Emergency Response Team, or CERT, in the coming months.
