The City of Rockmart has plans for Independence Day 2025!

Fireworks are set to shoot off from Hilburn Field for the fabulous Fourth this year, announced by City Manager Stacey Smith during the Rockmart City Council’s work session earlier this evening.

Additional details about the upcoming event are set to follow.

July 4 celebrations are typical around the city at several locations in Bartow, Floyd and Paulding County, but this will be the first time in decades Rockmart officials have put together a proper celebration of Independence Day.

Hilburn Field hosted the city’s 2022 celebration of the sesquicentennial with a fireworks show, capping off a Saturday full of events honoring the founding of Rockmart.
