
A Cedartown man was charged after Polk County Police received information he was responsible for an attempted break-in at an area home, breaking a window in the process.
Polk County Police charged Robert Louis Colosky, 29, of a Cedartown address, on a misdemeanor criminal trespass charge following a Feb. 15 burglary attempt.
The owner of the home reported a broken window and several people trying to get into his home caught on security camera during the break-in.
Colosky was identified as one of the suspects involved in the incident by an individual on social media, along with other suspects who might have been around during the time of the attempted break-in.
Polk County Police caught up with Colosky on Thursday afternoon, and took him onward to the Polk County Jail.
He was later released on a $1,400 bond.
