Mrs. Kathryn “Michelle” Frazier Martin, of Gainesville, Georgia, formerly of Cedartown, Georgia, age 54, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 28, 2025.

Michelle was born February 20, 1971, daughter of Tina and Barry Carter and the late Steven “Steve” Clovis Frazier.

Michelle’s love for her family and friends was deep and unconditional. She was so talented and gifted with her thoughtfulness. Her quick wit, sense of humor, and one-of-a-kind personality will be terribly missed. Michelle was so loved by everyone she touched, and this life will never be the same without her.

In addition to her father, Michelle is preceded in death by her first husband, Mike Miller.

Michelle is survived by her husband, Jeff (Bear) Martin; sons: Dylan Miller and his wife, Lauren, Will Miller and his wife, Haley; step-son, Guy Martin and his wife, Grace; parents, Tina and Barry Carter; sisters: Bonnie Smith and her husband, Russell, Lauren Rader and her special friend, Colby, and Fallon Frazier; and brother, Adam Carter and his wife, Laurel. Additionally, she is survived by her nieces: Macy Carter, Isabella Carter, and Allison Longino; and nephews: Shepherd Smith and his special friend, Kiara, Matthew Rader, Rhett Watson-Rader, Hunter Thornton, and Steve Thornton.

Funeral services to honor her life will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM, in the chapel of Smith & Miller Funeral Home, with Mr. Frank Burgess and Mrs. Nikki Boyle Gay sharing eulogies.

Interment will follow in Beaulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Yorkville, Georgia.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Damian Grayson, Blake Burnett, Ethan Garrison, Justin Gay, Colby Crowley, and Shepherd Smith.

Michelle’s family will receive friends, also on Tuesday, at Smith & Miller Funeral Home, from 2:00 PM until the service hour.
