Today’s submission of a Hometown Photo for a late Saturday evening feature comes from friend of Polk.Today, Ronnie Dingler.

This afternoon, he spotted a hot air balloon coming down out of the sky near his home in the Lee’s Chapel community southeast of Cedartown, and watched it pass overhead and around the area.

He said that it “kept getting closer and closer” and that passersby on Lee’s Chapel Road stopped in front of his house to watch it pass by.
