Ah yes, WELSHFest. A celebration of Rockmart’s Welsh heritage returned on Saturday, March 22 with a variety of fun for all ages – from entertainment and the bonniest knees contest to tours of local churches and the slate quarry – all through the day in downtown.
WELSHFest returned after a pause in 2024 for their 11th annual event.
Welsh Corgis came to show off, Wally Wagging was enjoyed, and much more during this year’s fun.
Saturday’s event was a reschedule date after it was postponed a weekend due to severe weather threats.
