When is opening day for Cedartown? Polk Today has asked, and has gotten the answer on Monday night.

Owner Frank Phillips of West Georgia Foods noted that Saturday, September 30 will be the first day of business for the new Ellianos in Cedartown.

Some “Community Days” might also be available, but are being posted on the windows according to the Ellianos Cedartown Facebook page.

The second of the regional chain coffee stores to be constructed in Cedartown, Ellianos owner Frank Phillips initially purchased property for the drive-thru location next door to Regions Bank in 2022.

Construction finally began earlier this year, and has wrapped up ahead of the end of September after months in a “race” to finish with workers up the street finishing up the newest location of Jack’s.

The first Ellianos in Polk County located in Rockmart has been operating and serving since Fall 2021.
