Monday morning saw a new restaurant join the options for Rockmart customers.

Culver’s – which began construction in the latter half of 2024 – is now open and serving up their famous frozen custard and much more.

The Polk County Chamber of Commerce celebrated with the new staff and local officials on Monday morning as the restaurant held a grand opening ceremony with a ribbon cutting. Local owner-operator Alexsis Rodgers was among the crowd cutting the ribbon to open the new location just before they began serving during regular hours.

The Wisconsin-based restaurant has a traditional American fare, offering burgers and sandwiches for main courses and frozen custard as dessert.

Culver’s is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. at 1939 Nathan Dean Parkway, Rockmart.

Online ordering is now available for customers.
