Here comes Santa Claus this weekend to downtown Dallas for a big event on Saturday.

Christmas in July is taking over Main Street in downtown Dallas on July 27 from 2 to 8 p.m.

The holiday spirit will include vendors and food trucks for shopping and snack opportunities, a costume contest, carolers and a chance to take pictures with St. Nick during the weekend event.

Prizes are also being given out during the event.
