The City of Hiram recently shared photos from some cleaning work completed by the Sanitation department along roadways.

They spent the better part of last week working along roadways, helping to make them safer and cleaner for the community at large.

The city posted about it on Facebook, and encouraged residents to take part in these efforts as well.

“Remember: if you see trash, pick it up! It’s a small effort that makes a BIG difference. Together, we can keep Hiram clean and green!”

The work also coincided with Earth Day celebrated last week.
