Ms. Angela Christina “Chris” Dunn, age 61, of Tallapoosa, GA passed away April 4, 2025. She was born August 12, 1963, in Talladega, AL., to Paul Dunn and the late, Dimples Howard Dunn.
Chris graduated with the Haralson County Class of 1981 and attended West Georgia and Floyd Junior Colleges. She was the mascot of the original Haralson County Cheerleader squad of 1968. She worked at West Haralson Middle School and during her time there she coached the girls basketball team and had a three year record of 36 and 7 and won two conference championships. Chris was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend.
She is survived by her son, Colby (Typhanie) Ashlock, of Carrollton, father, Paul Dunn of Tallapoosa, brothers, Todd (Julie) Dunn of Buchanan and Timmy Dunn, of Richmond, VA; niece and nephew, Leela (Daniel) Williams, and Bryce (Larsen) Dunn; great-niece and great-nephews, Cambree Dunn, Winston Williams, and Hampton Williams.
