The celebrations in Polk County continued today as another round of players committed to play for an area college from Rockmart High School.
The Yellow Jackets are set to graduate several players in the Class of 2022, and two of them are heading off to Shorter University to play after signing their paperwork in a ceremony today.
The Jackets brought together family, friends and fellow players for the afternoon event as Clayton Floyd and Diedric Gibson both signed onto play for the Hawks.
Gibson had announced his intentions to play at Shorter previously on social media.
