Polk Today provides this weekly feature promoting dogs and cats up for adoption at the Cedartown Polk County Humane Society. Please consider providing these pets a loving home or tell those who might be interested about their availability. 

Teeko

Teeko is a sweet Chihuahua mix that is a little shy right now because his world has changed.  However,  they tell us that he is very good with cats and dogs and loves kids. 

He lived in a home with a cat and they got along very well.  He loves stuffed animals and will sleep in the bed with you or on the couch. 

Is Teeko your kind of boy?  He is house and crate trained, is between one and two years old, and weighs twelve pounds.

As with all our dogs, Teeko has been tested for heartworms, vaccinated appropriate for age, neutered, and microchipped.  Microchip registration is included in the adoption fee.  All our pets are given flea and heartworm preventatives monthly.

Coconut

Coconut is a very sweet and playful two month old girl. She is a domestic shorthair looking for her furever home.

As with all of our cats and kittens, Coconut has been tested for FIV and Feline leukemia, vaccinated appropriate for age, spayed, and microchipped.  Microchip registration is included in the adoption fee.  All our pets are given flea and heartworm preventatives monthly.
