BASEBALL: Cedartown hosts Haralson for home stand, vets honored during opening pitch

The Cedartown Bulldogs are having a great opening run of their 2022 season. They sit at 4-2 overall, swept Rockmart and are on their way to more success as they took a 6-4 win over Haralson County on Monday.

Additionally, the Bulldogs honored local vets ahead of the start of the game against the Rebels at home.

The first pitch was thrown out by three retired military personnel: Dr. Rick Shortt, Ryan Evans, Steve Heida. Shortt and Heida were veterans of the US Navy, and Evans served in the US Marine Corps.
