






Polk County Police officers busted a group in the early morning hours on Thursday in a home while they were passing around a meth pipe when they attempted to serve a warrant on someone who wans
Officers arrested Sharon F. Anderson, 42; Francisco Duena, 41; Bryan Pratchard Harper, 69; Michael David Holtzclaw, 46; Thuresa Jean Mendoza, 75; Bonnie White, 52; and Jason Dewayne Yancey, 38, all of the Polk County area, when they went out looking for a suspect at a Prior Station Road address on Thursday, August 10, 2023 around 1 a.m.
The report stated that police had gone out to serve a warrant on a suspect named Ricky Bagley, who turned out wasn’t even there. When officers walked up to the house, they looked through the windows and found a group who were smoking what appeared to be methamphetamine and per the report were “stating to one another, ‘Come smoke you a bowl!’ ” The officers noted that along with a pipe, there also appeared to be a bong inside as well.
After they saw the group in the midst of smoking, they knocked on the door and announced themselves. Police reported that White came to the door, and when officers explained they were looking for Bagley were allowed to come and look inside.
“Officers did not locate Bagley, but did see in plain sight a plastic bag in a glass bowl containing what is suspected to be a quantity of methamphetamine in the dining room area,” the report stated.
Police took everyone into custody and they got a search warrant to look further and confiscate whatever narcotics or paraphernalia was found inside. That warrant was signed just after 2:3o a.m., and police charged the seven and took them onward to the Polk County Jail.
Information about Anderson’s bond on charges wasn’t immediately available, but of the group she was booked with the most charges on felonies for possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.
Holtzclaw was being held on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and marijuana – purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale. His bond had not yet been set as of this posting.
Duena, Harper, Mendoza, White and Yancey all face the same felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime charges and remained in custody without bond set as of this posting as well.
