Included in the photos are: DJ Price as the Commission Chair, and the rest of the board was filled out by Abby Allred, Ria Patel, Brenna McDonald, and Rohan Kent. Administrative officials included: Cristian Perez as city manager, Evelyn Cortes the Clerk recording the minutes, and Emir Morillon provided counsel as the city attorney. Ella Popham and Chris Johnson took on roles as citizens who came to ask for permission to use park facilities.

Others included in photos are: the (real) City Manager Edward Guzman, City Commissioner Matt Foster, Police Chief Jamie Newsome, City Clerk Mitzi Allen, and Administrative Assitant Brande Coggins.
