Rockmart’s girls squad have busted through the early season as one team after another falls to the Lady Jackets.

A five-game winning streak continued as Rockmart capped off the week with another win on the road, grabbing a victory over the Gordon Central Lady Warriors 58-31 on Friday in Calhoun.

It came hot off the heels of a victory over Heard County 77-58 on Tuesday, and a 73-41 win over Bowdon the prior week as November came to an end.

Rockmart now has opportunity aplenty to continue their streak into mid-December in region play and a trip to Chattooga for a return game from the season’s start.

The Lady Indians are traveling on December 15 to play at The Rock, followed by Rockmart’s trip to Summerville to face a rematch against the Chattooga Lady Indians on the 16th.

Rockmart hosts Haralson County to get back into region play before the holiday break and tournament coming up later in the month.
