
A Cedartown man remains in jail after he was booked over the weekend on a trio of charges following a break-in earlier in the month, per Polk County Police reports.
John Wayne Pugh, 57, of Cedartown, was jailed on two felony counts of aggravated stalking and one count of felony burglary in the first degree after reports stated he broke into a home on Reynolds Road and in the process violated a temporary protection order in the process.
Police noted in the report that along with Pugh alleged to have been in the home for at least 15 minutes, he also took a phone from the residence as well.
Pugh was booked into the Polk County Jail on the trio of charges by PCPD on Friday, Juiy 22 at 6:27 p.m.
He remained in custody without bond set as of this posting.
