Mrs. Carolyn Timms of Cedartown, GA passed away January 19, 2022.

Mrs. Timms was born to the late Johnny Jarrett and Doris Weatherby May 1, 1946. She was a member of Felton Baptist Church for many years.

Mrs. Timms is also preceded in death by her husband James E. Timms; her sisters Elizabeth Jarrett and Martha Danie, brothers Marion Jarrett and Johnny Jarrett, Grandson’s Dallis Williams and James Williams and Great granddaughter Cloie Jean Timms. 

Surviving Mrs. Timms are her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Timms (Tonie), Danny Timms (Pauline), Kenneth Timms (Ruby) and James Timms Jr. (Becky). Daughters and sons-in-law; Shelia Reeves (Kenneth), Christy Vines (Brandon), Renee Williams (Jamie Truett). Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews also survive. 

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 24, 2022, at Valley View Baptist Church at two o’clock in the afternoon with Rev. John Redding officiating. The visitation will be held at the family’s house Friday evening until Sunday located at 108 Perry St. Cedartown, Ga 30125.

Interment will be held after the funeral service at the Center of Felton Cemetery on Monday, January 24, 2022.
