Report: Winston man found in pawnshop parking lot with drugs

A Winston, Georgia man was jailed by Polk County Police during the early morning hours on Monday after he was found in the Tri City Pawn Shop parking lot, per a report.

Details were slim about the arrest of Zackery Grae Voyles, 27, of 6480 Courtney Drive, Winston, Georgia, but reports stated that he was found in the parking lot around 11:12 p.m. on Sunday night and was taken into custody after midnight.

Police reported they observed Voyles’ 1997 Honda CRV in the parking lot of the Rockmart-area pawn shop and upon further investigation arrested the Winston man without any further incident.

He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects and loitering or prowling.

Voyles remained booked as of this posting on a $6,000 bond.
